Terms and Conditions for Music Sales

1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users (hereinafter referred to as "Buyers") who purchase and use music (hereinafter referred to as "Music") produced, owned, and managed by mucajun (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

2. Definitions

Company: mucajun, the entity that produces, owns, and sells music.
Buyer: An individual or legal entity that purchases and uses the Company's music.
Music: Music files produced or sold based on officially acquired rights by the Company.
License: The scope of the Buyer's right to use the music.
Commercial Use: Using the music for profit-making purposes or corporate or brand activities.

3. Role of the Company
The Company owns the copyright or usage rights to the music and grants only the right to use (license) to the Buyer.
The Company provides clear information regarding the quality, copyright status, and scope of use of the music.
The Company does not transfer ownership of the music to the Buyer.

4. Rights of the Buyer
The Buyer may freely use the purchased music within the scope of the applicable license. The buyer may edit and reprocess the music, but the copyright of the original music belongs to the company.

5. Buyer Obligations
The music may not be used beyond the scope of the license.
The music may not be transferred, rented, or shared with third parties.
The music may not be resold as a standalone music source or uploaded to streaming platforms.
The music may not be used to create illegal or harmful content.

6. Payment and Refund
Due to the nature of digital content, music cannot be refunded once it has been made available for download or streaming.
However, refunds or re-delivery are possible in cases where the company is clearly responsible, such as file corruption, duplicate payments, or system errors.

7. Service Changes and Suspension
The company may change music prices, licensing policies, and service structure, and will provide prior notice of such changes.
Services may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance or technical issues.

8. Limitation of Liability
As long as the buyer complies with the license, the company will protect copyright issues related to the use of the music.
The buyer is responsible for any issues arising from the buyer's violation of the license. The Company does not guarantee the suitability of the music for any particular purpose.

9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between the Company and the purchaser shall be resolved through mutual agreement.
If agreement is difficult, procedures stipulated by relevant laws and regulations will be followed.

10. Supplementary Provisions
These Terms and Conditions apply from the date of service launch.
A separate notice will be provided in the event of any changes to the Terms and Conditions.

Refund and Purchase Policy

1. Purchase Process
Buyers can download or stream music immediately after payment is completed.
Purchased music can be re-downloaded from "My Music Library" in their account.

2. Refund Policy
No Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of digital music, refunds are not possible once the music has been made available for download or streaming.
Exceptions to this rule include:
File corruption or inability to download
Duplicate payments
Music unavailable due to a system error

3. Payment Errors
If payment fails, the purchase will not be completed and you will be prompted to retry.
Duplicate payments will be refunded immediately upon confirmation.

4. Technical Issues
In the event of technical issues such as music file corruption or download errors,
the company will, in principle, re-provide the same music or provide a replacement.

5. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must keep their account information secure and
should not share their account with third parties for unauthorized use of the music.
